CAS Digital Content Coordinator. Full consideration: July 2, 2018.

Colorado State University is seeking to hire a creative and dynamic digital storyteller for the position of Digital Coordinator for the College of Agriculture Sciences (CAS). We’re looking for a content creator with Adobe Creative Suite experience who brings new ideas to the table and is passionate about social media and digital trends. This position is responsible for creating compelling, engaging, audience-appropriate social and digital content including videos, graphics, and photos and will write and edit content for the college website/news outlets. The Digital Coordinator will excel in a collaborative environment, engage and build relationships with target audiences (prospective students, current students, alumni, donors, faculty/staff, industry partners). This position will manage, organize and implement a wide range of projects to elevate the CAS brand and support student recruitment goals.

Annual Salary: $50,000

AS Microbiome Bioinformatics Postdoctoral Scientist. Full consideration: 07/15/18.

The Metcalf lab at CSU is seeking a bioinformatics microbiome postdoctoral scientist. The scientist will analyze multi-omics data sets, including but not limited to: amplicon sequencing data, shotgun metagenomics data, and metabolomics data. Min. reqs.: Ph.D. in bioinformatics, ecology, microbiology or similar field. Proficient in coding languages (Python preferred). Demonstrated knowledge in microbiome science.
