Patrick Okeefe

Patrick currently serves as the Program Manager for the National Western Center. This is a unique $1.3 billion 250 acres redevelopment that involves key equity partners, including the City of Denver, the Western Stock Show Association and Colorado State University. He has served in a number of organizational leadership roles. Most recently, he served as Key Account Manager for the firm’s City of Denver and State of Colorado business. Prior to that role, he was senior vice president and regional managing director for the United States. In this position, he led the integration of CH2M’s businesses across the firm’s geographic platform in the U.S. Patrick also created CH2M’s Corporate Affairs group and led the team for five years. In this role, he was the firm’s lead executive for global government affairs, media, community relations, corporate communications, branding and enterprise marketing functions. Patrick previously served as senior vice president in CH2M’s former Government, Environment and Nuclear Division. In that role, he was a key integrator for the firm’s business de­velopment and planning activities for national government clients across the globe. He also served in key roles on the London 2012 Olympics and Paralympics construction program and the Rocky Flats nuclear site cleanup. Prior to joining CH2M, he worked for the Tennessee Valley Authority and as a lead staff person working on energy, environment and health care issues for a member of the Colorado Congressional delegation. Patrick has a master’s degree in environmental science from Johns Hopkins University and a bachelor’s degree in political science from Colorado State University.
