Terry Anderson

Terry is originally from Centerville, South Dakota, where he grew up on the family dairy farm. He is a 1982 graduate of South Dakota State University with a degree in Dairy Manufacturing. He worked for Kraft Foods in Idaho and Wisconsin before making the move to Denver in 1988, when he began working for Leprino Foods Company. Terry was the Director of Technical Services – Cheese Production until 2002 when he was promoted to Vice President of Production Operations. Since 2004, Terry has served as the Senior Vice President of Production Technical Services.  In this role, he oversees new plant construction and engineering, process and equipment implementation in existing facilities, as well as providing technical expertise and trouble-shooting assistance to plant personnel.  In his tenure at Leprino Foods, Terry has been a member of the 3-A Standards Committee where he helped to develop and update sanitary standards and best practices in the dairy industry, and has also been closely involved with the development of several process and equipment patents held by Leprino Foods.

Terry and his wife Randi live in the foothills of Denver, and have three grown children along with two grandchildren.
