As the Executive Director of Finance, Jessi serves the Dean of the College of Agricultural Sciences and Director of the Colorado Agricultural Experiment Station as a member of the college leadership team. Jessi manages and oversees the Agricultural Business Center, which include accounting and finance, human resource management, and grant facilitation functions. Jessi also supports the planning and execution for CAS/CAES strategic goals and objectives. Jessi began her CSU career with the ABC progressing in multiple positions and spent some time as the Director of Finance for Extension.

Paul Cudmore

As an Accounting Tech II, Paul’s responsibilities include document creation (Internal Order/Internal Billing, Disbursement Voucher, Purchase Requisitions, Work Order Authorizations, etc.); PCARD re-allocations; new hire paperwork and payroll information for hourly employees. Paul supports the Department of Horticulture and Landscape Architecture, the AES Director’s Office, Animal Sciences and the Research Centers.

Jennifer serves as an Accounting Tech III for the Departments of Soil & Crop Sciences, Agriculture & Resource Economics, and Bioagricultural Sciences & Pest Management. Her responsibilities include document creation (IO, DV, Purchase Reqs, WOAs, etc.) and PCARD re-allocations. She also assists with new hire paperwork and processes payroll for hourly employees.

Joanna Holliday

As Director of HR, Joanna oversees the administration of hiring, termination and personnel records for the CAS/AES. She and Shelly Lynch, HR Liaison, specialize in HR activities related to salaried employees such as Faculty, Administrative Professionals, State Classified and Postdoctoral Fellows. They also assist the department/centers with Talent Management System (TMS) requests and workflow approvals. Joanna also coordinates HR activities for tenure/tenure-track faculty such as: promotion and tenure, reappointment, progress-to-tenure, annual evaluation and post-tenure reviews. She serves as the college’s primary Equal Opportunity (EO) Coordinator, along with two other EO Coordinators Shannon Archibeque-Engle and James Pritchett. As one the ABC’s administrators, she assists in the management of the Agricultural Business Center.

As Grant Facilitator, Reagan serves as a liaison between the college and Sponsored Programs, assisting faculty and research staff in locating funding opportunities, guideline retrieval and interpretation, budget development and preparation (including budget justifications), proposal preparation, and review of proposals for conformance to sponsor and university requirements prior to submission to Sponsored Programs. Reagan will provide service at whatever level and degree you require with the exception of technical content and word processing. Post-award questions are also welcome.

As an HR Liaison (Program Assistant II), Shelly helps to keep the wheels turning in the hiring and maintenance processes for employees in all departments/centers in the CAS/AES. She assists with reappointments, new hires, assignment changes and terminations. If you have questions or need help with the Human Resource Oracle system for salaried employees, grad assistantships, Associates, summer session appointments, or salary exercise implementation, Shelly is glad to help.

Sherri is the first person you see when you walk into the Ag Business Center. After spending 8 years in the Cashiers Office, and most recently with Travel Services, Sherri is the newest member of our ABC team. Her responsibilities include
processing P-Card, Kuali Documents, DV’s and Employee Reimbursements.

Sarah Solano

As Accounting Operations Manager, Sarah oversees the Human Relations, Purchasing, and Accounts Payable daily operations for the Ag Business Center (ABC). She also is the fiscal officer for the Department of Horticulture and Landscape Architecture (HLA). In this capacity, she provides financial management, purchases, reimbursements, journal entries, account reconciliations, report management, budget preparation and monitoring, and staffing account distributions. She also serves on the ABC management team. Prior to the creation of the ABC, Sarah was the fiscal officer for the Ag Experiment Station’s research centers. She remains involved with them and is a great resource for the research centers. Sarah is practically a Fort Collins native (ever since 1967) and the proud mother of two sons and two granddaughters.

You can also find her in the Plant Sciences Building, C129 a few days a week meeting with faculty, staff and students. Paula is also available to help with other departments in the College of Ag if necessary.
