Deb Seedorf is the senior vice president and chief transformation officer for American AgCredit. In her current role, Seedorf is responsible for the oversight and prioritization of all association initiatives and projects ensuring appropriate use of resources and alignment with the strategic goals of the company. She began her Farm Credit career in Yuma, Colo., after getting a bachelor’s degree in banking and finance from Regis University, and has held numerous lending, operational, and senior leadership positions for three different Farm Credit Associations.
Seedorf’s passion has been hiring, mentoring, coaching, and developing staff. She has served as executive sponsor for many Association initiatives, including merger integration, implementation of CRM, credit workflow, and conversion to a new loan origination system.
Before joining Farm Credit, she worked for the Seedorf family farm and implement business. Understanding agriculture from both a producer’s and a banker’s point of view has given her a great perspective on what it means to support agriculture.
Seedorf and her husband Ron have two children and two grandchildren and reside in Greeley, Colo.
