_module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; header_font_size=&#8221;36px&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<\/p>\n<h2>Biography<\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Chelsea was born and raised in Harbin, China, known as the \u201cIce City\u201d for its ice sculpture festival in the winter. She moved to California for high school and then pursued a B.S. degree in Chemistry at Chapman University in southern California. At Chapman, Chelsea researched main-group catalysis under the Liberman-Martin Group, served as a supplemental instructor for organic chemistry courses, and tutored at several local tutoring services. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">She joined the Borch Group in fall 2024 to continue furthering her passion for chemistry. Her research focuses on advancing FTICR-MS methods for the analysis of PFAS in complex environmental matrices.
