Food Industry Management Interdisciplinary Minor
Do You Want to Improve the Supply Chain, Food Safety and Management?
A minor in Food Industry Management provides a platform for students to integrate business principles with applied food management courses. Areas of study in the minor include food products marketing, food supply chain and cost management, food safety management, food law and policy.

Operate food supply equipment and process food in this state-of-the-art laboratory. Food is sold at the on-campus Where Food Comes From Market.
