Landscape Design and Contracting Facilities<\/h1>\n

The Landscape Design and Contracting Program is housed out of the Nutrien Agricultural Sciences building<\/a>, a new state-of-the-art building completed in 2022. The Landscape Design and Contracting program has several primary use spaces named by close industry partners that create a unique learning experience for students in this program.<\/p>\n

Philip E. Steinhauer Landscape Design and Contracting Studios<\/h2>\n

The most prominent of these spaces are the Philip E. Steinhauer Landscape Design and Contracting Studios, where students have their own dedicated work spaces to collaborate and complete projects.<\/p>\n

Arbor Valley Environmental Horticulture Collaboration Room<\/h2>\n

Landscape Design and Contracting students also work out of the Arbor Valley Environmental Horticulture Collaboration room, where students present their projects, work with real clients and hold student club meetings.<\/p>\n

Alpine Gardens Community Hub<\/h2>\n

Alpine Gardens Community Hub, located on the second floor of the Nutrien building, is a student centric space for gathering, lunch breaks and hosting casual networking events for students and employers alike.<\/p>\n

All other facility spaces, including computer labs and common areas, are also available to students 24\/7. We will be breaking ground on a new Outdoor Learning Lab this spring where students will have access to horticultural research space at the Agricultural Research, Development, and Education Center.<\/a> The new Outdoor Learning Lab will be located at ARDEC South<\/a> with access to acreage for test plantings and techniques testing.<\/p>\n
