About the Horticulture Center<\/span><\/h1>\n

The CSU Horticulture Center serves as a state-of-the-art facility for horticulture education and research. Located adjacent to a community garden and federal research center, the center expands opportunities for joint research and programming while enhancing the learning environment for CSU students.<\/p>\n

The facility features advanced LED lighting designed to optimize plant characteristics such as nutritional value, irrigation strategies, climate impact, and year-round production. These modern controlled-environment agricultural facilities improve energy efficiency while supporting a wide range of horticultural studies, including greenhouse food production, hops, floriculture, and turf research.<\/p>\n
