The Nutrien building is home to a variety of collaboration and special event spaces for use by the college, university and our community partners. Click the buttons to get more information on the different spaces.


How to Reserve a Classroom

College Faculty, Staff, and Graduate Students

General assignment classroom use requests should be made through the Registrar’s Office via the EMS scheduling system.

Knowledge Well Reservations for special events is a temporary exception but will still be subject to GA classroom reservation policies. Please submit these requests at least two weeks prior to your event via this online form.

Student Clubs and Organizations

Student organizations registered with SLiCE must go through Facilities to reserve any classroom on campus via this link:

Under “Registered Student Organizations”, click “Facilities Event Management” link and complete the form for approval.

Unregistered Student Organizations: Please submit reservation requests at least two weeks prior to your event using the online form.

Conference Rooms

How do I reserve a room?

Conference and certain Study/Collaboration Rooms can be reserved using the following steps. Classrooms must be requested using a different process.

Step 1: Request a room through the Microsoft Outlook Calendar. To find available rooms, type CAS NUTRN as the room location and select the room of your choice.

Step 2: Your room request will be submitted for approval. You will receive notification once approved.

Step 3: Once your request is approved, follow instructions for hybrid meetings, tech support, food orders, and room use rules. Please direct your questions to the room point of contact.

Responsible Room Use

Meeting hosts are responsible for making any changes to furniture set up and catering arrangements for their event, if applicable.

Please budget for setup and takedown/clean-up time as part of the timeframe you request.

Please complete the following steps upon conclusion of your meeting or event:

  • Cleaning and sanitizing all work surfaces
  • Putting trash/recycling in appropriate bins
  • Moving tables and chairs back to their original position
  • Cleaning off white boards
  • Locking the doors when leaving, if possible

Hybrid Meetings

Meeting Owls are devices that share video of attendees for hybrid meetings and can be reserved through

Room 211 has a built in MS Teams-compatible device. In advance of a meeting in this room, please follow these setup instructions.
