Hemp growers need to use the Hemp submission form.<\/li>\n<li>Please be sure to carefully and completely fill out the appropriate form.<\/li>\n<li>Fill out a separate form for each sample.<\/li>\n<li>Then print the form and send it along with your samples.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Please Note<\/h3>\n<p>You are responsible for the correct information getting to the lab. Improper sampling is the greatest source of error in seed testing. The Colorado Seed Laboratory takes every precaution to insure accuracy of tests, but the value of the test depends on the extent that the sample represents the seed lot. If the seed is in a bin, sample it from the top, center, sides, and bottom.
