Beginning in the spring 2020 semester, the College of Agricultural Sciences launched an Undergraduate Research Fellowship. Primarily, we aim to provide opportunities for undergraduates to find purpose, mentorship and community within their academic discipline. Also, we aspire to facilitate self-discovery through research engagement and increase access for all undergraduates to impactful science. New opportunities will be announced College-wide.
We are excited to have you in the College of Agricultural Sciences and hope that you find ways to get involved outside the classroom to find community and know that you belong. We want you to achieve your personal and educational goals, all while feeling welcomed and valued.
Our many student clubs and organizations provide rich opportunities for developing relationships, practicing what you learn in the classroom and give you access to career-focused experiences that build leadership skills. You may find club and organization sponsored meetings and events on the College of Agricultural Sciences homepage calendar. To learn more about the clubs and organizations, you are always welcome to stop by the Dean’s Office or your respective Department offices.
