Variety Trial Reports
Since 2007 we have conducted comprehensive wheat quality evaluations from several different variety trial locations. These reports have been published each year in the CSU Making Better Decisions booklet (click here). Data and summary values are used to generate independent milling and baking quality scores for each variety, which are available in the CSU Variety Characteristics Table as well as on the searchable Colorado Wheat Variety Database.
