Jenny Bennett is an instructor of agricultural literacy in the program of Agricultural Education within the Department of Agricultural and Resource Economics. In addition to teaching agricultural literacy courses, Jenny is the coordinator for CAMs Ag Academy: On the Road Ag Literacy programming, as well as the CSU educational manager for Ag Adventure at the National Western Stock Show. Her research interests include agricultural literacy, agricultural education, student success and retention. A Colorado native and a two- time alum of CSU’s College of Agricultural Sciences, Jenny earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees. Following the completion of her master’s degree, Jenny joined the Department of Agricultural and Resource Economics faculty in 2020.
