In her role as a CAS HR Technician II, Nikita plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of employee assignments and processes with CAS departments: Animal Sciences, Horticultural and Landscape Architecture, Agricultural Experiment Station, and CAS Research Centers. She works with hourly employees and associates offering support for a range of tasks, including reappointments, onboarding of new hourly staff, work-study, managing assignment changes, and handling suspensions/terminations.
