As the CAS HR Tech III, Melesa is part of our ABC HR Hourly team and supports our Dean’s Office, Soil & Crop Sciences, DARE, and Agricultural Biology departments in all hourly processes. She prepares job descriptions for our Research Centers, oversees the hiring, reappointments, work-study, and terminations/ suspensions for all Student hourly and Non-Student hourly assignments.
