Biography
Catherine Grant is a PhD student in Agricultural and Resource Economics at Colorado State University, where she researches how drought policy and water conservation mandates shape the way communities manage scarce resources. She is originally from Ghana and has studied across four countries, earning degrees in economics from the University of Education, Winneba and the University of Wyoming before coming to CSU.
