I'm Alfredo Villazón, a Microbiologist with a specialization in Agroindustrial Microbiology from the Universidad Popular del Cesar. I also hold a specialization in Project Management from Universidad Sergio Arboleda. Currently, I am pursuing a master's degree in Animal Sciences with an emphasis on Meat Science and Food Safety-Microbiology at Colorado State University (CSU). I have experience in the poultry field and in implementing quality control systems such as HACCP and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), as well as in project management. My goal is to combine my academic and professional knowledge to contribute to food safety in the industry.
