Biography
Clayton is a current Master's student working in the areas of meat quality/safety. In 2025, he received his B.S. in Animal Sciences - Meat Technology from California State University, Fresno where he also worked at the on-campus sheep unit. He is currently studying under Dr. Mahesh N. Nair.
