Kyle Poorman joined the CSU International Agriculture team in 2026. He is experienced in developing international partnerships and is an agriculture, food, and climate expert. Previously, Kyle worked for international organizations, governments, universities, and private foundations, including the Inter-American Institute for Cooperation on Agriculture (IICA), World Food Prize Foundation, Iowa State University, Food and Agriculture Organization of the UN (FAO), and the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS). Kyle holds two advanced degrees from Yale University, which were focused on trans-boundary cooperation to tackle wicked environmental and natural resource challenges. Kyle is excited about joining CSU and helping to buttress and build even stronger global connections.
