Blaine is a 2012 graduate of the Iowa State University College of Veterinary Medicine.
After graduation, he spent time practicing in both Wisconsin and California prior to moving to Colorado to join The Dairy Authority. At The Dairy Authority, he focused on milk quality and dairy production on dairies throughout the US.
In the fall of 2022, he left practice and started his role as Director of Herd Operations for Jager Ag. At Jager Ag, he oversees approximately 90 employees and the days to day operations for 9500 milking cows and associated youngstock.
