Dean of the College of Agricultural Sciences
Colorado State University is seeking an innovative leader for the role of Dean of the College of Agricultural Sciences. The College welcomes and celebrates unique perspectives in the pursuit of solving global challenges.
The selected candidate will play a crucial role in strengthening the College’s global excellence in agricultural research, education, and outreach. Emphasizing collaboration, the Dean will foster strategic partnerships and contribute to the university’s national and international prominence in areas like food safety, security, wellness, and sustainable resource utilization. As the chief academic and executive officer, the Dean will oversee faculty development, budgeting, academic affairs, engagement, fundraising, and facilities development.

About the College of Agricultural Sciences
The College of Agricultural Sciences is home to five academic departments and the Colorado Agricultural Experiment Station. We investigate potential improvements to food production and agribusiness at 10 Research Centers throughout Colorado.
We are meeting global challenges in food safety, food security, wellness and economic prosperity through the sustainable use of natural resources. We support the University’s foundational land-grant mission by integrating intentional discovery, inclusive learning and collaborative engagement.
