Paul joined Nutrien Ag Solutions in 2019 and is accountable for driving the agronomy and environmental sciences agenda across North America. Under Paul’s leadership his team of computational scientists, agronomists and innovation farms develop world class environmental science and agronomic expertise to deliver actionable insights for growers to drive crop yield through sustainable practices at scale. Paul also manages Waypoint Analytical, the largest soil analytics laboratory service in the US.

Prior to joining Nutrien in 2019, Paul developed an extensive and distinguished 21 year career at Syngenta holding a variety of global leadership and technical roles in the UK, US and Switzerland crop protection, seed genetics, precision agriculture, strategy development and digital technology.

Paul gained his MEng in Chemical Engineering at Loughborough University, UK and completed his PhD in Crop Protection chemistry at Manchester University, UK. He now lives in Colorado with his wife and two children.
