Development and Gifts

$3 Million

AgNext has received more $1M in donated equipment from Five Rivers Cattle, Midwest PMS, C-Lock Inc. and a cash gift from Rabo AgriFinance to develop the Climate-Smart Research Facility at ARDEC which is the largest University research facility of its kind in the country.

This facility is equipped with the best emissions measurement technology to evaluate greenhouse gasses from cattle in a feedlot and grazing setting. In total, this research facility is equipped 8 GreenFeed machines which measure emissions from cattle, 6 Smart Scales that collect real time animal weights, 2 SmartFeedPros, and 30 SmartFeeds and 24 GrowSafe systems that collect feed intake.

AgNext has two pending gifts from Farm Credit Services of America at $1M and DairyMax at $1M.
