Bob Dineen grew up in a small, rural town in New Jersey. He graduated with a degree in Agriculture/Animal Science from West Virginia University in 1978, and in 1982, he moved to Colorado. In 1986, Bob founded Rocky Mountain Natural Meats, offering high-quality, USDA-inspected bison to grocers and food service customers. Rocky Mountain Natural Meats is now the largest bison processor in North America and employs over 200 people. Bob and his wife, Laurie Dineen, have been married for 36 years, and they have two children, Owen Dineen and Michaela Arnold. Bob continues his role as CEO and founder of Rocky Mountain Natural Meats and continues to revolutionize the bison industry.
