Mr. Mike Thoren is currently the president and CEO of JBS Five Rivers Cattle Feeding, LLC and has been since the company’s inception. From 2003-2005 he was the president and CEO of ContiBeef LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Continental Grain Company. Mike began his career in the Cattle Feeding Division of Continental Grain Co in 1991. He worked his way up through the company as a cowboy, yard foreman, and feed yard general manager in Lamar, Director of feedlot operations, Vice President of Operations and now, CEO. He currently resides in Berthoud, Colorado with his wife of twenty years Christina, and their four children.
