⚠️ Information and Updates Regarding COVID-19's Impact on the College of Agricultural Sciences

COMMENCEMENT

Congratulations to all College of Agricultural Sciences Graduates

The dean, faculty, and staff of the College of Agricultural Sciences congratulate you on your upcoming graduation from Colorado State University! We are excited to celebrate you and your accomplishments.

Celebrating Spring and Summer 2021 Graduates

At Colorado State University, our priority is the health and well-being of our students and their families, our faculty and staff, and our entire CSU community. CSU is closely monitoring and following COVID-19 guidance as outlined by public health experts.

In Fall 2020, we held a ceremonial walk for all 2020 graduates (spring, summer, and fall). We hope to host a similar walk in April 2021 for all 2021 spring and summer graduates. This ceremonial walk is an occasion for all graduates to come together and celebrate their accomplishments. While guests will not be permitted to join graduates in person for this opportunity, the event will be both live streamed and recorded so family and friends can virtually participate in this experience. Please remember that this event is contingent upon current CSU and Larimer County public health conditions and guidelines. Details will be communicated to all spring and summer graduates, should the event be approved.

The College of Agricultural Sciences will launch a special video, with a message from Dean Pritchett, dedicated to the 2021 Spring and Summer graduating students. The video will be released in May 2021 and will continue to be available on the University's Commencement website.

The website will also feature a fun digital party pack that can help you, your family, and friends celebrate together or virtually on your special day.

Please visit the University’s information about COVID-19 webpage to read more about the University’s pandemic preparedness planning, other updates, and protocols for the campus community, including President McConnell’s most recent message to campus.

Regalia

Please visit the CSU Commencement website for information about ordering regalia.

All regalia is keeper, not rental, and will be shipped to the graduate directly. There will be no campus distribution or collection of regalia, as graduates keep everything they order.

IMPORTANT: It takes up to 5 weeks for Jostens to ship orders, so please place your regalia order as soon as possible to ensure you receive your regalia.

Walking in Future Commencement Ceremonies

Recognizing the important milestone of being a part of the formal commencement ceremony, the 2020 graduates and the 2021 Spring and Summer graduates are invited to walk in any future CSU Commencement ceremony with our college. When future schedules are released, please contact us to finalize the details.
