Audience

New and experienced employees and managers who work in pesticide product registration, including technical label reviews, disinfectant lists, and submission of 24(c) and/or Section 18 registrations.

 

Course Goals

Enhance understanding of the federal pesticide registration process, including unique challenges to state registration programs brought on by the pandemic. The course will promote regulatory networks to improve response to common challenges.

 

Course Information Topics 

  • Devices and device determinations
  • Antimicrobial pesticide products deep dive, including List N
  • Section 18, 24(c), and 2(ee) issues related to COVID
  • Labeling issues, including unacceptable claims, and conflicts with the master label
