Outreach and Engagement at the Horticulture Center
In addition to contributing to sustainability and agricultural advancements in Colorado and the intermountain West, the center plays a key role in maintaining and enhancing programs such as the world-renowned Annual Flower Trial Garden and the nearby Gardens on Spring Creek. It continues to house important greenhouse research and supports horticulture and floriculture programs, including student-led initiatives like the Floriculture Practicum, where students grow and sell poinsettias and bedding plants.
