Zach is a professor and has worked as a contractor, landscape architect business owner and consultant in the Green Industry, He has built projects both nationally and internationally. Zach has also been recognized for his local and national leadership. He teaches numerous studios and courses ranging from Landscape Structures to Estimating. Zach earned a B.S. in Environmental Horticulture with a concentration in Landscape Design and Contracting from Colorado State University and a Master of Landscape Architecture from the University of Colorado at Denver. He is a Licensed Landscape Architect, Registered Consulting Arborist, and is Landscape Industry Certified by the National Association of Landscape Professionals.

Scott Curry

Scott is an assistant professor and has grown up working in his family-owned commercial landscape construction company. Scott has worked in construction administration, landscape, and irrigation design as well as in bidding services. He has worked across all scales, developing an adaptable set of skills. Scott teaches a wide variety of studios and classes from Landscape Graphics to Water Conservation, offering a clear, pragmatic delivery of course content. Scott earned his B.S. in Environmental Horticulture with a concentration in Landscape Design and Contracting and Master of Landscape Architecture at Colorado State University and is a Licensed Landscape Architect and a Certified Irrigation Designer.

Chris is the Landscape Design and Contracting Program Coordinator focusing on industry outreach and undergraduate recruitment as well as providing student support. Chris earned his B.S. in Environmental Horticulture with a Concentration in Landscape Design and Contracting from Colorado State University. After graduation Chris worked as a Maintenance Division Manager for a high-end residential company in Fairfield County, CT. He later earned his Master of Science in Horticulture from Colorado State University. Chris has worked on projects around the world from Colorado to Guam. Chris serves on committees through the National Association of Landscape Professionals and is active across the Department, College, and University community.
