Research
The PGF includes 12 research greenhouse bays, seven of which are dedicated to specific research programs, including the Wheat Breeding and Genetics Program, Weed Research Laboratory, Crop Adaptation Lab, and Biofortification Lab.
The remaining bays are multi-user research greenhouses, requiring a minimum lease of ¼ bench (approximately 53 square feet) is required.
Teaching
The Teaching Greenhouse supports instructional labs and approved student clubs. The space has limited access to the research side of the facility and provides potting supplies and workspace for teaching activities.

Conservatory
The PGF Conservatory is the hidden gen of CSU! It’s home to a diverse collection of tropical plants and unique specimens, including the Corpse Flower. Open to the public Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., the Conservatory provides a welcoming space to study, relax, have lunch, or simply enjoy the plants.
